MiHi got a shoutout for our virtual event planning and production! What could be seen as a vacation in paradise, Perform[cb]’s Think Biggers are typically held on the beaches of Florida, but the need to go virtual this year was obvious, and MiHi was up for the task.
“This could have been a challenge to do virtually, but not to our Vibe Manager, Ryan Hill, who partnered with MiHi Productions out of Denver, CO. to put on a high-quality, smooth virtual event full of informative presentations with a lot of fun and celebration along the way.”
Five days of fun, learning, inspiration, and being ‘together’ was the ask, and as the above quote says, working with Perform[cb]’s Vibe Manager, MiHi pulled off an amazing conference of sorts.
Pre-planning and production included:
-Working with their Vibe Manager to learn what Think Bigger is about, and how to keep many of the details similar as they pivoted to a virtual landscape.
-Finding the best host/MC for the job of keeping the conference on track and smoothly transitioning into each new activity and segment.
-Building exciting branded experience kits for over 100 attendees around the world.
-Designing and sending out hype emails foreshadowing the upcoming conference’s activities and special guests to maximize attendance.
-Designing an infographic of best practices in order to ensure the most optimal virtual experience for each attendee.
-Creating a virtual photo booth experience that brought all attendees together.
-Creation of a variety of branded videos including; countdowns, intro videos, nominee videos, and an exciting closing video.
-Educational meetings with all presenters of the conference to teach them how to combine a green screen with OBS studio in order to create a captivating visual for their presentations.
The Experience Kit
Expertly packed custom boxes with multiple layers of contents created anticipation for the conference, as well as a fun experience opening the kit and seeing what was inside.
Virtual Conference Day 1 included:
-Reflection of the past year from Perform[cb]’s CEO, Erin Cigich.
-Keynote speaker Victoria Arlen’s inspirational speech, tailored specifically for Think Bigger’s theme, “Launching your Arrow”.
-Friendly competition where pre-defined groups went into breakout rooms to virtually design the upcoming year’s t-shirts.

Day 2 included:
-Attendees were able to break out and attend a virtual yoga class or a psychic mental performance.
-Followed by reflection and reporting of the different department’s performance in the previous year.
-Virtual Family Feud teambuilding.
Day 3 included:
-8 different recorded breakout rooms for the different teams within the company.
-Departmental Team-building exercises and games.
-Virtual Family Feud teambuilding.
Day 4 included:
-Second Keynote speaker, Dr. Katia Campbell, focusing on the topic of diversity and how the language we use plays an important role in inclusion.
-Attendees broke out into groups and played ‘Draw United’ with Mile High United Way and United Way Suncoast, and the winning team was able to make a financial contribution to the organizations.
-Virtual Family Feud teambuilding.
Day 5 included:
-Presentations that outlined the future of the company.
-An awards ceremony for their most celebrated employees.
-Virtual cocktail making paired with virtual trivia with custom questions specific to their company.
-Inspirational closing remarks and speech from Erin Sigich (CEO)
