Rosie was carefully packed and shipped, ready to take the spotlight. However, upon arrival, our team discovered that part of her head had suffered a crack during transit—a less-than-ideal situation, to say the least. But at MiHi Entertainment, we're no strangers to unexpected challenges. Our onsite operations team worked quickly to restore Rosie’s aesthetic appeal, ensuring she was as presentable as possible. Simultaneously, our office team went into overdrive to locate a backup. Meanwhile, our Director of Sales took to the streets of Las Vegas to give Rosie a personalized touch for her debut. In true Colorado style, she was outfitted with a cowgirl hat and a custom jean jacket emblazoned with the Destination Colorado logo, ensuring she made a memorable impression.
