What’s included with every Denver photo booth rental we provide?
The most common question I get asked when a new client is booking with MiHi is if the price we provide them with has any hidden fees or taxes. I’m always surprised that there are Denver photo booth companies out there that may answer yes! That’s why I’ve decided to write a post that gives you a detailed description of what is included with every photo booth rental we provide in Colorado.
Photo Booth Run Time:
Whether you rent us for three, four or even six hours, we will have the booth set up and ready to go by the start time you request and we won’t break down a minute early. We don’t count our set up or breakdown towards the rental hours you purchase. For example, if you rent our photo booth for three hours and request it run from 5-8pm, we will arrive at 4pm to set up, and we won’t break down until 8pm.
Please keep in mind that our rental times are valid for consecutive hours. If you think you may want the booth to pause for speeches or dinner, or you need us to set up more than an hour before start time, we will need to discuss idle hour charges.
A Black or White Backdrop:
Every rental comes with your choice of a black or white backdrop. If you’re interested in something fancier or more in theme with your event, we do offer upgrade options from beautiful sequins to customized step-and-repeat vinyl backdrops.
Unlimited Sessions in the Photo Booth:
We wouldn’t even consider putting a cap on how many times the booth can be used. Once we start, we want you and your guests to take as many photos as possible!
Two Custom Prints per Photo Booth Session (your choice of 4×6 or 2×6 prints):
After each session in the photo booth, the printer will print two prints for your guests. Before the rental, we will talk about your style preference of either strip or postcard prints and our graphic designer will design the prints to your specific requests.
Photo Booth Props:
As long as you want them, we promise to bring along a trunk of our favorite props. Our selection is continuously changing and growing but if you’re looking for a specific style or theme, we also have an upgrade option of premium props.
Online Photo Gallery of Photo Booth Pictures:
Within one week after your event, you will receive an email with a link to an online gallery of all of the individual photos taken. You’ll be able to download them and even share the link and download pin with your guests so they can download the photos as well.
Everything listed above is included in every Denver photo booth rental. We promise not to surprise you with a setup fee, or any fee for that matter and the price we give you includes all taxes. Surprises are only fun if they’re free, right?
