Multi-Step Golf Championship Activation: Collect, Putt, Place, Become

Champions of the Green AI trading card of Hope from the multi-step golf activation in Denver
Hope’s Champions of the Green card.

Event: Meetings Industry Council (MIC) Golf Championship Activation
Where / when: Denver · Mar 11-16, 2026
Product page: Multi-Step brand activation (Golf Championship)
How it works: Each step influences the next. Collect, Putt, Place, Become.

This post is a real-event example of a multi-step golf activation for golf tournament entertainment in Denver. It was not a standard photo booth. Guests moved through four stages and left with an event-themed AI trading card in a collectors hardcase. MiHi branding stayed off the card face.

If you are comparing options for a corporate golf activation or a broader multi-step brand activation, this is the MIC build.

The four stages

Collect. Guests played a video game that collected golf balls. The number of balls collected in the game became the number of balls we gave participants in real life.

Putt. Guests putted those balls on a real green. How many putts they made into the hole decided their championship result.

Place. Their championship result decided which photo path they got.

Become. We took an AI portrait and printed it as a trading card. That trading card activation is the take-home.

When to use this format

Some golf events use the same “STATS OF A CHAMPION” card for every guest. MIC did not. The card matched how you played.

  • Use tiered cards when you want competition and replay.
  • Use one champion-style card for everyone when you want a softer hospitality activation.

For other corporate entertainment options beyond golf, see corporate events and the brand activation hub.

Quick answers

What is a multi-step golf activation?
A guest path where Collect, Putt, Place, and Become connect. Each step influences the next. The card matches how the guest played.

How is that different from a photo booth?
A photo booth is mostly one picture moment. This multi-step brand activation is a short game first, then the picture and card.

Who is it for?
Corporate golf days, association mixers, and Denver planners booking golf tournament entertainment. See the Multi-Step Activation page for the full build.
